In this episode, I had the pleasure of getting to interview Danielle (Dani B) who does a little bit of everything. She is a make up artist, hair stylist, blogger, influencer, affordable fashionista, mom, and just a beautiful soul.
Get to know her story with me in this episode, and we dive in to both of our stories on our explant (removal of breast implants).
Although we have different reasons why they were removed, our stories are somewhat similar.
Listen in .. and as always, until next time.... BYEEE!!!

In this episode, I get to sit down with Joey Guz and discuss breast implant illness. We talk about her symptoms and journey with her breast implants from the first operation to removal.
Joey is so informative not only about breast implant illness, but health in general. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner, fitness, and nutrition coach, and a former dental hygienist. She is currently studying to become a functional medicine practitioner.
She went to see Dr. Feng who is the 3rd top explant surgeon in the US and no longer places breast implants.
If you have breast implants and are curious the symptoms of breast implant illness or just curious about this in general, this is the episode for you.

Marlee is an old friend and colleague of mine that worked in the ER with me.
She has been through a lot and is now a super successful business woman in Pensacola, Florida. As everyone, she has a past, but unlike everyone else, she wrote a book about it which you can find on Amazon. It is called Master of Pieces.
She is also a brilliant life coach, and in this episode, you will get to see a style of her life coaching as she coaches me through some things that I am currently struggling with.

I am going to start a new format for my podcast. In this episode, I explain the reason behind that in a short, but sweet way.
If you don't want to listen, here is the deets. I am wanting to bring this podcast back to my 'verbal diary", if you will, and to do that I have to take a step back and find the reason why I am doing this again.
I started this because it was something I was very interested in, and lately it has become more of work than something fun and light.
I have some awesome people lined up to have some amazing conversations that I think you all will enjoy.
The podcast will be back mid-July or beginning of August!
Stay Tuned for the re-formatting!
As always, until next time ... BYYEEE!!!
In this episode, I get to sit down with the lash queen of Huntsville.
I have always been interested in Lash Extensions because my face just feels naked without something on my eyes.
It is one of those beauty things that just makes women feel gorgeous without having to wear makeup.
Lindsay gets down to the nitty gritty and tells us her back story on how she started doing lashes for her career, her love for aesthetics, the art and creativity behind applying lashes, safety, damage, and so much more.
If you have ever wondered about lash extensions, this is the episode for you!
As always, don't forget to like, share, and subscribe to the podcast. That is the only way to help grow this podcast.
Stay tuned for a change coming with the podcast in a few short weeks!

In this episode, I get to sit down with an old high school friend to learn about how she went from photography to styling hair and becoming a life coach.
I learned so much about the difference between a therapist and a life coach.
I had such a great time catching up with her on this episode that we may have to do more collars in the future.
As always, don't forget to share this episode with a friend so that we can get this out into the world and in to the ears of other people!

In this episode, I go solo and talk about the basic and introduction into the macro world.
What are macros? They are carbs, fats, and protein. It is a way to track what you are eating and to live a more sustainable lifestyle if it is something you WANT to do.
This is not to give you advice on how or what to eat when it comes to your life. This is what I like to do for me and what I use to coach my 1:1 clients.
If you are interested and want more information, follow me along @macrosby_J on instagram or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about this lifestyle.
In this episode, I had the honor of interviewing the founder and owner of Discount Divas, Amanda Haplin.
I knew Amanda years ago when she was a nurse in the Emergency Room with me. She started Discount Divas while she was also working full time as a nurse.
I learned so much about how she built this company from the ground up, and I could not be more proud of her. She has always stayed so consistently humble and is just an all around amazing person!
Listen along to her story and don't forget to share this episode with a friend!
