I had the incredible honor of recording a collaborative podcast with my favorite YouTuber Taylor Woods on her podcast Don't Get It Twisted! In our collaborative episode, we talked about some of the science behind fitness topics like supplements, intermittent fasting and lemon water to boost your metabolism! BUT we had a few topics we did not get to UNTWIST (if you will), so I continue the conversation in this week's episode, by TAMING some fitness myths related to "runner's high", lactic acid build up, the importance of rest days, and why bananas help with cramping.
